AA Chinese Restaurant

This place food is horrible. I ordered curry shrimp. Ok I got 4 shrimp, it is totally dry. No kind of sauce /GRAVY added to it. I've had curry from a few Chinese restaurants b4 & it was OK. But this place is horrible. Also got a order of chicken wings. How can you mess up chicken wings?? They were stale wings that was recooked, looked burnt. Not fresh at all. I've had chicken wings from soooooo many different Chinese restaurants and they all are basically the same, yummy. But this horrible place should be ashamed of themselves. I will NEVER GET FOOD FROM HERE AGAIN. THIS IS MONEY GOIN INTO THE GARBAGE. I SWEAR. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME & THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY AT THIS NON COOKIN PLACE. They are not only price gouging through the covid 19 pandemic but also fals advertising. i went there and ordered a meal that i get all the time from other restaurants. i usually pay $30, they charged me 48 dollars and after that they did not want to give me the free 2 liter soda it advertises that will come with your meal if you order a certain amount of food. Not only that i returned the food back after hearing that and they went and used the food i just returned to them and put it in somone elses order! disgusting! Never will i ever go bavk or order from uber eats which they are on! Horrible service! cant get any worse of a Chinese restaurant! Do Not go there they will give you returned food after someone has touched it!!!

I like that you can order food online without having to speak to anyone. I love when I call, and you order food and pay with a credit card that the delivery person asked to see your identification and credit card to verify it's you. Also, I like that the food is delivered very fast. The food is very delicious. I have no complaints about their restaurant.

Despite the past disappointments, like a fool I order from them because they deliver but with tonight's delivery- I'm done. The ribs had no sauce. The cabbage in the egg roll had a funky taste. I specifically requested extra duck sauce and only received 4. 4!!!! I have 4 full orders that include rice and 2 egg rolls so how would that be enough?! Then lied and said there was 6 when there wasn't and I've had multiple occasions where they have lied verses acknowledging a mistake (they do happen!). The only good thing was the fried wontons. In the past I've had issues with missing food and then lying to me and tell me what they think I ordered. I best thing about this place is the delivery time. Nonetheless there's too many hits and misses to keep spending food and it's not good. Hopefully someone would eat this food I paid for. Next time I'll cook or order pizza.

Terrible customer service. I ordered my food at 6:28pm. It is 9:21pm and the food is not here. The restaurant did not help track my order. They said that it was given to the delivery driver and it is not their problem, that I need to contact grubhub. Needless to say, that I will not be ordering from them again.

Would definitely recommend trying this spot. Awesome ambience, flavorful dishes, great customer service. Fantastic work.

This place is disgusting.. I wouldn't give it one star but I have too.. dirty dingy food is nasty I got a stomach virus behind his restaurant! Whoever graded this place was drunk.....

I always come buying some food here. I like the fast service and well made food. Kudos.

I have supported this restaurant since its opening in mid 2017. Since then they have provided good food and quick delivery times. However today when I place an order over the phone I clarified with the person taking my order whether it was enough for delivery they said it was. However 1 hour and a half later my food had not arrived. I called the restaurant to inquire what happened. They simply said it wasn't enough. They did not call me to tell me that my order was not valid for delivery. They did not make any attempt to apologize. I will no longer support this restaurant due to its unprofessional practices.

I ordered some food from this restaurant the guy on the phone understood everything I ordered when the delivery man came to drop my order off the food was in bad condition I sent the food back 3 times and my order still wasnt correct my food was soggy my rice was buried with a bunch of barbe q sauce in it they fast to get money but cant take there time to understand how you want your food made my spare ribs was burnt that's how they cooked my food if I could show the public the picture of my food I would I will never order from this restaurant ever again

The food was premade and reheated you can tell by the darkness of the chicken and blunt flavor. If I could I'll give them negative stars the ingredients are the cheapest and worst tasting I ever had horrible. 👎👎👎👎👎

This place the worst chinese food I ever had I order boneless chicken with French fries the fries are super soggy and the chicken was hard and the breading was coming out it was soggy taste like nothing no taste at all a lot of grease on the food portions very small and delivery guy don’t come upstairs he’s lucky I tipped him 2 dollars. This is by far the worst Chinese food I ever had very disappointed I won’t recommend this place to any 1 .

Ordered my food and was told a price after asking before i gave my payment method . Was taxed on the food for using my debit card 3.22 . Not only was this surcharge not posted on the menu it was also not told to me. Very illegal practice.. will be reporting them to the BBB

There food is good but there customer service is suspect.. You ask for extra soy sauce and duck sauce and they send you 2 of each for a 25 dollar order..

Uber driver here picked up a uber eats order and the staff very racist very unprofessional i also live around here and the food is horrible dont eat here FOOD IS DISGUSTING ROACHES WALKING AROUND THE ESTABLISHMENT WHILE YOU WAIT FOR ORDER

I meet with friends this place many times a year! This is my favorite place to have a bite. I go there at least once a month. The meals are very good, the staff is professional and the charge is decent. I like going in this place over a rich lunch.

Love ordering from this place when u call nd they recognize your number they already have ur address down packed! The people over the phone are extremely nice food is very good nd the delivery is EXTREMELY FAST!!!

Food was terrible, ordered at 7pm and chicken looked old, rice was hard and my ribtips were dry and rice was hard as well, food should be served fresh at all times, thumbs down. Only reason I ordered from them was for the debit card services....

Normal Chinese food fare. The food is not exceptional but good. The only Chinese take out that serves fried chicken legs, that I am aware of. The legs are sometimes dry which means they are not freshly prepared. Centrally located on Tremont Avenue about 6 doors east of Grand Concourse.

I've ordered from here often and the food is always great - sometimes better than others, but it's a reliable spot. I frequently order the boneless ribs, egg roll (sometimes the egg rolls are on the greasy side), pork fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, and chicken wings. Great food, fast service, good customer service, reliable online ordering, and they take credit/debit cards 👍🏽

Food was not so good and dry. The delivery guy said that they don't carry change with them so basically they stay with your change. Horrible!
